It took over two hours for our meal. Never again use this service. Meal was nothing special for its price.

The food from the Anarkali is the best in glasgow,also all staff are very helpful, including the drivers,🚘

This was my first time ordering after hearing only incredible things. I waited over 2hrs for delivery. Phoned the restaurant after 1.5hrs and they were abrupt, not very polite and told me my food was on its way. I called again after 20 mins to which another employee said they'd phone the driver. Food eventually arrived 10 mins later. Disappointing. Probably won't order again.

Waited an hour and 30 minutes in the restaurant for my pick up order, after 1 hour it turns out they lost the ticket in the kitchen and told no one about it. I wonder how long I would have waited if I did not say anything. No discount on my order nor anything extra to apologise for the lengthy wait. Shocking customer service

The best Indian Restaurant in Glasgow. Cooked fresh and always fantastic quality.

Ordered mushroom pakora, pink sauce, yoghurt & tandoori chicken. All good. Chicken was beautifully moist & tender. Owner kindly added in a free naan. Delivery very efficient & quick.

Excellent food quality and delivery time ,I forgot how good the Anarkali was will definitely use this delivery service again . I used to collect my orders but there is no way you could park on Victoria rd nowadays due to the empty cycle lanes so used other well known Indian restaurants nearby me . I was also really impressed with the online delivery service and as the meal was beautiful I will definitely be returning to our old favourite restaurant Anarkali ,thank you .
